Volunteer with HWM
Concert Events – Be part of a team of people who help setup and tear down music equipment on and off stage. Consider becoming part of the prayer/ministry team, or manage the product/resource table at events.
Promotion – Help us get the word out about ministry events by creating a “buzz” on social media, or creating and distributing event announcement materials (i.e. posters, flyers, etc.)
Media – Do you have an eye for capturing special pictures and powerful moments? Help us tell our God-stories! A picture or video is worth 1000 words in conveying God’s heart and what He is doing. This can involve church events, community outreaches, worship concerts, or even helping to create our podcast library to equip the saints! Anything that captures what God is doing and how He is touching and changing lives is vital to our ministry.
Are you the creative type? How about volunteering to create Youtube videos from live performances or lyric Youtube videos to share Debbie’s recorded songs?
Administrative/Office Help – Use your admin or people gift! This involves a range of clerical duties from supporting daily operations in our office to assisting with specific program projects. Or, consider making phone calls to people on the team, thank-yous to our donors, or prayer partners.
Church Behind Bars – You can be part our prison ministry by going with us to minister to the inmates. Sharing your testimony, teaching a class, praying for prisoners, or being part of the music team are all ways to get involved. If you don’t want to go inside a prison, you could serve as a pen-pal to the inmates through writing letters of encouragement to them, as well as responding back to letters we receive at our office.
Ministry to the Nations – Are you called to the mission field? When HWM goes into another country we take a team of people thoroughly trained and equipped to minister in that culture. This team of volunteers will be ready to help with event setup/teardown, prayer ministry, teaching, and sharing the gospel on a stage or out in a community setting.
Musician’s Pool - As a musician you could be apart of the worship team that would help equip and raise up other worship teams in the land. Or, you can be a resource for short- term missions projects utilized by other churches and ministries we network with.
Operation Revive Colorado – This could involve being on a prayer team that is given specific prayer strategy and targets to cover either at home, together, or onsite in the community we are in. As a co-laborer in the field, you could be a part of community events both small in nature as well as larger citywide events. The tasks involved in these types of events can be in areas of hospitality, prayer ministry teams, helping with setup and teardown of equipment & chairs, cleanup, or any follow-up we do in these communities.
