Debbie Milligan
President and Founder
President and Founder of Healing Wings Ministries, effectively ministers as a seasoned musician, worship leader, speaker and teacher. As an ordained minister of the Gospel, Debbie speaks with great authority about real life issues that have been forged in the fires of her own life experience. Debbie was radically saved in 1980. From the ache of a fatherless childhood to the pain of teen years plagued with hard core drugs and alcohol abuse, Debbie’s intimate walk with Jesus has enabled her to overcome many storms. Even after many years of domestic violence, she testifies to God’s miraculous exchange of beauty for ashes. Debbie’s bold transparency creates a safe refuge, inviting the listener to find shelter from the storm.
Robin D'Haillecourt
Operations Director
Robin has been an integral part of Healing Wings Ministries since 2000. She serves as the Operations Director, coordinating outreaches and ministry events, as well as managing logistical details and overseeing the many functions of our headquarter office.
As an ordained minister of the Gospel, Robin delivers rich manna out of the Word as a gifted teacher and leader. Working extensively with the emotionally and spiritually wounded, Robin draws off of her deep reservoir of experience with organizations such as Jim Spillman Ministries, Denver Safe House, The Rape Assistance and Awareness Program in addition to ministry in many churches.
A native of Colorado, Robin received her Bachelor of Science Degree at Colorado Christian University in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Christian Leadership. Her diverse work experience, including fire fighter, paramedic and crisis management, gives Robin insight and unique skills in a wide range of areas. Masterfully assembling the puzzle of ministerial details, Robin readily employs her strategic problem solving, skilled organization, and wise management of people and resources as an invaluable contribution to our Kingdom work.
In every season, the cry of Robin’s heart remains for people to receive God's healing love and rise up in their true identity.

Randy Johnson
Healing Wings on the Streets
Randy occupies the critical position of a watchman, using his anointing as a warrior to under gird Healing Wings Ministries. Fluently, he draws from his military background to discern and engage in strategic warfare, effectively pushing back darkness. His battle-ready presence alone serves as protection. Randy has readily served as security in his home church, as well as Todd White and Lifestyle Christianity for a season
insuring physical and spiritual safety.
Coupled with his resolve to defend freedom, Randy carries a tender heart of love for God and compassion for others. With fierce tenacity, Randy’s personal mandate compels him to set the captives free according to Is 61. While committed to ministering to prisoners, Randy’s vision expands to include those traumatized by uncontrolled disasters. His work experience as a lead truck driver and safety manager fuels his passion to bring tangible and spiritual assistance to victimized communities. With three and a half million miles behind the wheel of a semi, Randy is easily qualified to transport ground resources and partner with disaster relief and first responders. Whether the horror of a mass shooting or the trauma of a
natural disaster, Randy desires to assist on-sight through ministry and
support.
